Founder and Executive Producer Sebastian “Matias” Rivera utilizes a 25-year performance pedigree—rooted in a classical foundation in Opera and refined on international stages like A Otro Nivel—to oversee the technical and vocal “Quality Control” for every act on the roster.
By leveraging a professional history that includes hundreds of live performances nationwide and direct support for national headliners such as Steve Aoki and Gavin DeGraw, Sebastian has designed a “Turnkey” system for Tributo Works that mirrors national touring standards. Having personally commanded hundreds of stages across the country, including premier venues such as the House of Blues, Fremont Street Experience, and The Magnolia, Sebastian understands the diverse logistical challenges of the road. He built Tributo Works to solve these specific professional hurdles for today’s top-tier talent buyers, ensuring that every booking meets the rigorous standards of the world’s most demanding showrooms.
